Our process removes moss, mildew, algae and other growth that can eventually deteriorate the roof and cause leaks. Regular service can prevent moss and algae from growing. Of course we take every precaution to clean carefully preventing leakage in the cleaning process.

We utilize a commercial water variable power washer and liquid detergent inject through machine to remove moss, algae, mildew, dirt, debris, grime, etc. Next, we apply zinc sulfate powder moss inhibitor to roof to slow the growth of moss going forward. We will also remove dirt, grime, leaves, debris, etc. from inside the gutter and use a hose as needed to remove grime from bottom and sides of inside of gutters. Next, we flush out the downspouts clearing them of any blockages ensuring proper drainage. Finally, we rinse any residue resulting from the roof and gutter cleaning off siding and windows and remove and/or dispose of debris utilizing drainage filters where necessary.
We can clean delicate roofs with a commercial air compressor to remove moss, algae, mildew, dirt, debris, grime, etc. as possible from the roof.
Once the moss, algae, mildew, dirt, debris, grime, etc. has been removed and the zinc sulfate powder moss inhibitor has been applied, annual application of the the zinc sulfate powder moss inhibitor should prevent the need for additional roof cleaning. Of course, this varies based on the age of the roof, environmental factors and other conditions but we have found this to often be the case.
