Yes, a maintenance floor care plan consists of a scrub and seal every 1-4 months. This will prolong the time between the full strip and seal process and keep the floors looking nice throughout the year as opposed to just after they were stripped, cleaned and sealed.

A newly sealed area can be walked on with light traffic as soon as we’re done and heavy traffic in 4-6 hours depending on temperature, ventilation, humidity, etc.
